Why I teach LY

Laughter Yoga (Hasyayoga) is a practice involving prolonged voluntary laughter. Laughter Yoga is based on the belief that voluntary laughter provides the same physiological and psychological benefits as spotaneous laughter. I have intergrated other healing techiques into my practice that has made Yoga Speaks Volume-LA very popular. I have traveled and spoke at conferences, taught workshops and worked all over the world teaching the power of laughter. On of my proudest moments was meeting Dr. Kataria and all the LY teachers around the world. That's healing within itself.
