About

Description:

I began my journey with Laughter Yoga in 2013, guided by a certified teacher in Thailand. What started as a playful practice soon revealed a much deeper dimension. Through laughter, I began to experience changes not only in my body and emotions, but also in my ability to become still, present, and connected with myself.

In 2015, I travelled to India to train directly with Dr. Madan Kataria, the founder of Laughter Yoga. It was a meaningful opportunity to learn from him personally and to express my gratitude for creating a practice that had already made such a significant impact on my life.

Since then, Laughter Yoga has become one of the foundations of my work.

I became the first Thai to be appointed as a Laughter Ambassador, and over the years I have shared Laughter Yoga in Thailand and internationally, including Indonesia, Malaysia, China, Hong Kong, and India.

One of the memorable milestones in my journey was teaching at the World Yoga Festival in Tamil Nadu, India, where I had the opportunity to share my own approach to Laughter Yoga with an international yoga community.

Something important also happened during this part of my journey in South India. While teaching Laughter Yoga there, I encountered the ancient Tamil text Thirumandiram. That discovery gradually opened another path for me — not only as a trainer and facilitator, but also as a writer and researcher exploring the relationship between ancient wisdom and modern human experience.

Years later, that encounter became one of the roots of my long-term writing project, Letters from Maitreya: Decoding the Human Cosmos. Through this work, I explore themes such as breath, awareness, the body, the nervous system, human suffering, inner transformation, and the deeper questions that often emerge when we begin to truly observe ourselves.

Today, I serve as the first and only Laughter Yoga Master Trainer in Thailand, with more than a decade of experience in practice, teaching, facilitation, and trainer development.

My work has gradually evolved beyond simply teaching laughter exercises. I am especially interested in how laughter can support human connection, presence, emotional release, facilitation, reflection, meditation, and the ability to work with people more deeply.

For those who come to study with me in Chiang Rai, the experience takes place at Baan Gita, my small family guesthouse and learning space. Participants can stay, learn, practise, eat, rest, and reflect in the same place, creating a more immersive and unhurried learning experience.

For those who would like to study with me in Thailand, I offer Private Certified Laughter Yoga Leader Training and Private Certified Laughter Yoga Teacher Training at Baan Gita in Chiang Rai. Both programs are available by appointment throughout the year and are designed as small, personal learning experiences with accommodation included.

I also remain committed to making Laughter Yoga more accessible in Thailand, including translating international resources into Thai and developing learning experiences that can be applied in education, health, wellness, professional development, and community settings.

For me, Laughter Yoga is not only about joy.

It is a practical human tool that can help us reconnect with the body, with other people, and with the quieter space within ourselves.

After more than ten years on this path, I continue to teach, learn, experiment, and explore how laughter can become a meaningful part of everyday life and professional practice.
