According to Marilyn Kurtz, Certified Laughter Yoga Instructor, laughter builds the lung capacity and gets the blood flowing, which is a good cardiovascular workout.
Laughter Yoga therapy also improves PMS, menopause, fibromenaglia, arthritis, digestion, the immune system, depression, stress and helps negative thinkers or addicts. "It's just a real beautiful way to exercise, and you don't even feel like you're exercising," says Kurtz. Laughter doesn't have an age requirement, she says, and Laughter Yoga doesn't either from babies to elderly folks, everyone can take part.
