Connie Costa is a Laughter Blogger, Laughter Yoga Teacher and Laughter Wellness Teacher. Her background is in education and she has over nine years of teaching experience across Sydney and the UK. Connie has experienced the benefits of laughter yoga for improved health and happiness. She now uses a therapeutic approach to laughter, such as laughter yoga and laughter wellness, to help others achieve a state of balance and joy for enhanced physical, mental, social and emotional wellbeing.

Connie has conducted laughter workshops for corporate organisations, staff in the public healthcare system, university students, seniors and community groups. She founded the Bondi Beach Laughter Club, with the support of Waverley Council. Connie tailors sessions to organisations and leads with enthusiasm. She is passionate about sharing information about the vast benefits of laughter with others, through her presentations and blog posts.
