I'm Smita from Bangalore India. 

I'm a Wellness and Alternative Healing Practitioner with specialization as a certified Sound Healer, Music DJ, Laughter Yoga Leader, Women's Circle facilitator and a trained Vedic Astrologer. 

I weave in practices of deep rooted traditions from across the world such as Ho'Oponopono, Yoga Nidra, Guided Meditation, Vedic Mantra Chanting, JinShin Jyutsu, Tao and QiQong energy principles. Each session is curated with a mix of these based on a theme.The goal is to align a healthy body, a calm mind and a clear life purpose to the Universal Energies surrounding us.
