I was working on my Masters in Nursing over 30 years ago when I felt guided to change my life path toward the Holistic and Wellness side of health and healing. My focus has been on empowering individuals to be able to actively participate in optimizing their health. I have done this for the past 31 years as a Life Coach. I also help individuals to re-establish their health when needed by connecting them to the knowledge and energy needed for this.

Laughter Yoga is part of my tool kit that I joyously have begun to share with others. I became certified as a Laughter Yoga leader, on World Laughter Day in 2014 but have been a big advocate of this system for about 6 years. In January of 2015 I studied with Dr. Madan Kataria MD , the founder of Laughter Yoga, and became a Certified Laughter Yoga Teacher as well. I took this additional training so that I could also train other individuals to become Certified Laughter Yoga leaders to help spread this amazing system.

I feel that Laughter Yoga is a powerful tool, not only for seniors, but is equally wonderful for children, businesse/cororate settings, prisoners, care-givers, hospital patients and hospital staffs. To be quite honest, I do to really know a setting where this would not be of tremendous value.
