I’m a Laughter Yoga Leader (11yrs), wellbeing educator and TEDx speaker, bringing practical, playful laughter-based tools to corporate workplaces, education, health settings and senior communities. I’m also the creator of The Giggle Game™, which combines laughter, breathing, movement and simple nervous-system regulation activities to build calm, connection and joy across generations.
My style is energetic, inclusive and grounded in the belief that wellbeing doesn’t always have to feel serious.
