CELEBRATE WORLD LAUGHTER DAY WITH US ONLINE: The Yoga Association of Greater Detroit's Spring Yoga Day falls on World Laughter Day, May 1, 2022. I will be offering a laughter yoga workshop, starting with an introduction and history of laughter yoga. Next, I will demonstrate how laughter yoga is done, its benefits, and why we do it. Then will lead the group in a series of laughter yoga exercises, yogic breathing, singing, and dancing. We will end with a yoga Nidra-style meditation and final relaxation.
