Join Laughter Yoga Teacher Georgie O'Connor for a fun and uplifting session in Beenleigh. At Laughter Club we laugh on purpose, breathe deeply, and move playfully to boost our wellbeing.
We meet on the first Friday of each month from 6:00pm for a 45 minute session.
Beenleigh Laughter Club is held inside the Alberton hall at the Beenleigh Neighbourhood Centre. There is free parking at the centre as well as free on-street parking.
Come as you are! All welcome.
Wear comfortable clothes to move in and bring a water bottle.
