A Dawn Ritual of Laughter, Light & Inner Awakening. At 4:44 AM (Thailand Time GMT+7), when the world is silent and energy opens, we gather for a sacred 48-minute practice designed to awaken your joy, clarity, and inner truth.

Led by Kay Wararuk Sunonethong, Thailand’s only Laughter Yoga Master Trainer, the Club blends two powerful practices:

1. Laughter Yoga

• Activates happiness chemicals

• Resets the nervous system

• Lifts vibration and opens the heart

• Helps you enter meditation with ease and lightness

2. Meditation & Ancient Wisdom

After laughter softens the mind, we move into grounding and study from the Tirumandiram, a 7,000-year-old yogic scripture. Kay has reinterpreted its teachings into modern language through “Letters from Maitreya: Decoding the Human Cosmos”, making ancient wisdom simple, alive, and deeply usable.

A dedicated team — doctors, nurses, coaches, and healers — assists in guiding the sessions each month, helping you begin your mornings with clarity and compassion.

Every practice includes:

• Laughter activation

• Grounding meditation

• Tirumandiram wisdom

• A short reflective worksheet

All during Brahma Muhurta, the most potent spiritual hour of the day. This is not just a club. It is a gentle, powerful daily reset — for your heart, your mind, and your life.

Join Us. If you’re longing for healing, clarity, or a softer way to begin each day, you are warmly invited to join the 444 Laughter Messengers Meditation Club.

Come meet yourself at 4:44 AM (Thailand Time GMT+7) — before the world wakes, before the noise begins, when your inner light is easiest to hear.

One breath, one laugh, one dawn at a time.
