After laughter softens the mind, we move into grounding and study from the Tirumandiram, a 7,000-year-old yogic scripture. Kay has reinterpreted its teachings into modern language through “Letters from Maitreya: Decoding the Human Cosmos”, making ancient wisdom simple, alive, and deeply usable.

A dedicated team of 15 White Dove Messengers — doctors, nurses, coaches, and healers — assists in guiding the sessions each month, helping you begin your mornings with clarity and compassion.

Every practice includes:

• Grounding meditation

• Tirumandiram wisdom

• A short reflective worksheet
