Free social laughter clubs

It’s a core element of Laughter Yoga, a unique wellness practice developed by Dr. Madan Kataria in 1995. These clubs are non-profit, community-driven gatherings where people come together to practice intentional laughter as a form of exercise that combines laughter techniques with yogic breathing (pranayama).

A Laughter Yoga Leader is a trained individual certified to conduct Laughter Yoga sessions and lead Laughter Clubs, workshops, and wellness events. They play a key role in spreading the practice of Laughter Yoga in communities, workplaces, schools, and wellness centers.

A Laughter Yoga Teacher is a highly trained professional who is certified to teach and certify others as Laughter Yoga Leaders. They are experienced practitioners who have advanced knowledge of Laughter Yoga techniques, philosophy, and facilitation skills, and play a key role in spreading the practice globally.
