Hello from Bad Kreuznach 
My first contact with laughter yoga happened here in my home town. I thought "What? There are people meeting each other to laugh on purpose? How great is that". So, my journey started.
I joined our laughter club and do weekly sessions. Our club organizes different laughter activities such as Laughter Hiking :)

In January 2023 I became a Laughter Yoga Teacher. I did my training in Nashik with Dr. Madan Kataria. Just wonderful.
