Lainie Diamond is dedicated to spreading the word of Laughter Yoga and its many physical and psychological benefits to the people of Houston. Her range of clients includes non-profit and corporate clients like Jung Center, Bering Omega Community Services and developmental care facility The Center.

Operating on the belief that laughter is a form of relaxation that promotes mental and physical wellbeing, Diamond uses Dr. Madan Kataria’s method of sustained laughing which helps to reduce stress, improves interpersonal relationships, relieves pain, strengthens immunity and reconnects participants with their inner joy.

"Making ourselves laugh changes our brain chemistry, and that’s why we feel so good and continue to come back,” says Diamond. "We’re releasing endorphins and dopamine, so you’re left feeling both energized and relaxed,” she adds.
