On 4/27/22 I will be presenting a laughter yoga workshop at the Southfield recreation building.  I will share the history, benefits, and reasons why one should practice laughter daily.  Next, we will do laughter exercises, yogic breathing, singing, and dancing.  We will finish up with wind down, laughter meditation, and final relaxation.  Please my website if you live in the Southfield Mi area for more information.  Drop-ins are welcome.  The cost is $5.00 for residents and $7.00 for non-residents.  Come laugh with us for self-help and self-care!yes
