Pre-conference on 24th July 2025
The objectives of this conference are to:
1. Promote Laughter as a Way of Life
• To inspire individuals to embrace laughter as a powerful tool for cultivating joy, resilience and a positive outlook on life.
2. Foster Connections and Collaboration
• To bring together Laughter Yoga practitioners, enthusiasts and professionals from Malaysia and around the world, creating a supportive community for sharing ideas, experiences and best practices.
3. Empower a Healthier, Happier World
• To educate participants on the holistic benefits of laughter, empowering them to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives while spreading joy in their communities.
