Japanese giggle away stress and anxiety through laughter yoga on World Laughter Day

Japanese gather in a park and laugh their heads off to celebrate World Laughter Day, seeking ways to let go of their stress through a mix of laughter and Indian yoga breathing.

Japanese gathered in a park in Tokyo on Sunday (May 3) to laugh and giggle away their daily stress and anxiety on World Laughter Day. Over 70 participants of all walks of life spread out their arms and let go of their stress through "Laughter Yoga" - a mixture of laughter and Indian yoga breathing.
