We love to laugh without any reason but with mindfulness.

We also love to walk without shoes or different shoes but with fully awareness.

Since it's only 5 minutes walk from my house to laughter club in a park every morning I walk

in bare foot sometime all the way to there.

When the feet touch the ground and the real earth I can feel the real existence of feet.It's a simple easy

way to recover our senserabilities of sensations .
