A few days ago, I realized I don't suffer from Restless Legs Syndrome anymore! I've been suffering from this stupid thing for years. There were times I could not sleep a single night without magnesium. I didn't want to take stronger medicine because of side effects but with a high dosage of magnesium, I managed to get along to some degree.

Ever since I started practicing Laughter Yoga, I have not bought any magnesium. I don't need it anymore! This means that Laughter stimulates not only endorphins, but also Dopamine. Isn't that great? I hope my experience will help others, too.
