Laughter Yoga has a great presence in Philippines, and has contributed effectively in changing people’s mindsets, making them more positive and reducing their stress. Regular practitioners from all walks of life report that doing laughter exercises uplifts the mood, increases energy levels, improves memory and strengthens the immune system.
