POint to another pewrson as you say" I love you"
Then point to your self as you say" I love me"
I am what I am.. both hands turned up !
Then bend over a bit and tap your knees .belly, chest and then raise arms way up!
as you clap your knees
as you clap your stomach
hehe as you clap the top of your head gently
raise arms up and let out a big fun Weeeeeeeeeeee.......

While there may be a whole range of effective ways to manage our stress, the one, simple, free and easy strategy that seems to be the most overlooked is LAUGHTER.
