THESE CLASSES ARE FOR EVERYONE! Each class has hilarious new laughter exercises, health tips and ending meditation exercises. Exercises can easily be modified to provide you with a safe workout. Four times a month we have a traditional Laughter Club and once a month we offer a combined Laughter Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation class.
