Now there is a traditional style, outdoors laughter yoga club also in Helsinki! In June and August, the laughter club will meet on Wednesdays, 5-6pm in the Kaisaniemi Park. Thus, the dates are June 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th and August 3rd, 10th, 24th, 31st.
The meeting point is at the fountain (at 5 pm sharp) and from there we will move to a good spot in the park–if you cannot find us, call 040 5023052.
Everyone is welcome to join, no previous experience needed, and you can participate in one, two or all sessions if you like.
The laughter club is based on the “laugh for no reason” method, created by the Indian physician Madan Kataria. This method makes use of e.g. yoga breathing exercises and, of course: laughter!
Wear something comfortable and bring something to lie down on (yoga mat, blanket etc.).
