Laughter Yoga is a total mind body spirit workout. Combining fun laughter exercises with yogic breathing, laughter yoga tickles your funny bone and seriously improves your overall wellbeing.
A typical Laughter Yoga session includes lots of playful laughter exercises, meditation (very easy peasy and relaxing) and a deep guided relaxation to send you home all chilled out and glowing.
