Laughter Club is a gathering of friendly and positive people who meet for the sole purpose of exploring laughter as a therapeutic expression. Laughing for no reason at all is a tool that can be recalled instantly, and utilized as you will it. This group will help you to hone an ability you’ve always possessed and bring it to the forefront of your skill set.
Laughter, as a regular exercise, helps promote clarity, calmness and peace of mind. The endorphins released during an intense laughing session may help you ease anxiety and feel a greater sense of connection to others.
In Laughter Club, you will be guided by movement, breathing and sound exercises to reach a comfortable place from which you can launch your own giddy vocalizations. You’ll explore different scenarios wherein laughter can be used to release tension, address criticism and awaken your groggy senses. You’ll learn to enhance your ability to motivate your self when feeling stuck or distant. You will help others laugh, and you’ll feel empowered to lead your own thoughts toward positivity.
