The Club moved to West Orange NJ in 2020. We meet the 1st Sunday of every month (except No club in July and we move to the 2nd Sunday for September 2020 ONLY)

In laughter yoga we combine laughter exercises with youthful playfulness and movement, eye contact and deep breathing to connect, unwind, and let go. We laugh for no reason, no sense of humor required, we fake it until we make it! The benefits lasts for days after a laughter session.
The sessions are 55 minutes and are suitable for all ages and abilities. Participants are encouraged to wear loose clothing and bring water, as laughter is like internal jogging. No Yoga mats necessary.

Joan Castellano, certified Laughter Leader and Teacher, works with people to bring more laughter into their lives. She is CPR certified, insured, and has a Master’s in Higher Education Administration from Columbia University, Teachers College. She is currently a College Professor at a local Community College.
Joan facilitates Laughter Yoga regularly at Colleges, Senior Homes, Community Groups, Yoga and Wellness studios, Staff retreats, Private events, hospitals and many other venues.
