What is Laughter Yoga, and why do I want to go?
Laughter Yoga is a unique exercise routine, which combines unconditional laughter with yogic breathing. This brings more oxygen into your body and brain which not only makes you feel more energetic, but has proven health benefits.
Anyone can laugh for no reason, without relying on humor, jokes or comedy. We initiate laughter as an exercise within the group and with eye contact, this soon turns into real and contagious laughter. As your body cannot tell the difference between real and simulated laughter, simply showing up and pretending will give you the same physiological and psychological benefits.
Contributing to world peace through laughter
