World Laughter Day 2010 Images:
World Laughter Day 2010 in Burlington was a really fun event with about 30 people laughing for World Peace as well as 2 doggies. It was a beautiful warm sunny day (with way above the average temperature) although the forecast was for thunderstorms right at the time of our laughter yoga session and dark clouds did threaten us a few times. We must have laughed them away ... hoho hahaha ... A good time was had by all - we ended with the laughter anthem, Dr. Kataria's message, a minute of laughter, and humming followed by some socializing.
Thank you to Mike of the Burlington Events Team for bringing over and setting up the sound system. A family walking in the park joined us with their kids. Here we are doing some thigh slapping laughter after some deep yogic breathing followed by laughter on the exhalation.
Demonstrating hoho hahaha dance version with 2 claps then twisting.
Visa bill laughter with a good view of the gazebo with our WLD sign created in 2007 by Eric.
Very good ... very good ... YAY
More appreciation plus showing a couple of doggies who joined us too.
