Laughter Yoga – Helpful for Nasosinusitis
Since I was 10 years old I had severe nasosinusitis (blocked nose) which troubled me every morning. It was terrible; I couldn’t sleep or perform my job well. When I became 30, my friend introduced me to Yoga and I found that deep breathing methods really helped.
Then I heard about Laughter Yoga and I immediately signed up for the session. After completing the CLYL program & doing lots of Laughter Yoga exercises, I found it was more effective than plain Yoga for my nasosinusitis. I also became more open minded and started to laugh more.
It’s really good to be with friends who always laugh and I like Laughter Yoga because it really benefited me.
