When I first came to the Laughter Yoga workshop, my right shoulder was stiff and movement was difficult, but after the laughter sessions it’s all gone. I think I should do more laughter in order to get rid of my aches and pains. I had been trying to find other things, but I’m glad I found Laughter Yoga.
