40 Days Laughter Challenge!

40 Days Laughter ChallengeLittle did I know on completion of my Laughter Teacher Training on 31st May, 2015, that it will change my life forever. Just a tip off from the Laughter Guru, Dr. Madan Kataria on practicing laughing everyday for 40 days until it becomes a habit has worked wonderfully for me.

From the 1st of June until the 10th of July, I have laughed for 15 minutes or more everyday either on the Laughter Guru’s Skype Club or conducted Laughter Yoga sessions with others and sometimes even laughed alone.

What I feel today is a mix of sustained happiness quotient, gratitude and a feeling of unconditional joy. Now, I am striving towards passing on this ‘Healthy Virus’ to as many people as I meet. I fully believe that the outcome of this challenge will certainly culminate into a ‘habit for life for me!
