Mariko, 30
At the Osaka public seminar, she laughed like crazy during laughter meditation. During the question - answer session, she pointed she was feeling sad and felt like crying. This is common with people who have repressed emotions. Laughter Yoga works as powerful cathartic mechanism to release all the pent-up feelings and emotions from the deep subconscious mind. It is a physical method of releasing the deeper emotions in a non-violent way.
