Do you need to loosen the grip of stress? Discover how simple, regular laughter releases stress in the emotions, mind, body and behavior.
We'll practice a few stress-hacking tricks to bring you enough ease in the midst of stress to get past it's grip. Then we'll heartily laugh out stress during a full laughter yoga session. Afterwards, we'll enjoy soothing hot teas.
