Laughter Yoga Cultural Exchange program gives people an opportunity to understand each other’s culture, values and build a strong network of like-minded people who believe in love, laughter, joy, kindness, compassion and generosity.
Several people had an unforgettable experience with this program in December '05 and January '06:
- Merv Neal and his wife from Melbourne, Australia, received Neville and Jalloo Wadia from India, along with their brother and sister in law. Merv said "We spent two wonderful days touring the sights and scenes of MelbourneAustralia together. It was an amazing experience for us all to exchange stories and gifts as if we had been friends forever. It also expanded our knowledge and views of other people, cultures, and countries in a way we had never before imagined."
- Bill Zammit from Darwin, Australia, visited veteran Laugher Mr Hirani and his Joggers Laughter Club in India (see picture). Bill said "Mr Hirani made me feel very welcome. It seemed as if my visit was as much an excuse for a chat as it was for some serious laughter."
- Boaz from Israel stopped by overnight at Dr Kataria's home in Mumbai, India, and had an unforgettable wake up in the morning - finding both Dr Kataria and himself laughing uncontrollably on the floor!
The implementation of this program is still in its infancy and done at this stage by people who either already know one another, or pro-actively contact local Laughter Club Leaders in areas they want to visit.

I have a little tree house kind of place--1 bedroom and one bath. For LY guests, I will happily sleep in the living room and laughter friends may have my adorable, magical bedroom. I am cheering this idea on with a VERY GOOD, VERY GOOD YAY! And of course a hearty Ho-Ho-Ha-Ha-Ha!
