I attended Dr. Kataria's workshop in Hong Kong and I believe that it has really been helpful in bringing more laughter in my life. It sounds a bit strange in the beginning, but once you get into the rhythm of it, it comes out easily. I realized that we always had laughter inside us, but needed something to bring it out. That is exactly what Laughter Yoga does. Initially, I was faking laughter but it became real very soon and just came naturally.
