Summer is officially over, and many Canadians are dreading the cold months ahead.
But for those who suffer from Seasonal Affective Disorder, the winter blues will hit particularly hard.
Two local women are turning to an unusal type of therapy for their seasonal depression.
Is laughter really the best medicine after all?
