Last year I went to the Laughter Yoga Leader Training at Yogaville in Virginia, I enjoyed it a lot. I laugh every day. I formed a laughing club at my house. We meet once a month. I also formed another club at the adult center closed by. Those that are participating are enjoying the benefits of laughing and doing some the movement of yoga. We meet two day a month. I´m planning to form another club soon in another adult center.
