I can't believe that it is already March 2012- Where has the Year Gone By ?

For Me, This Year, I have experienced some of the Highest Highs & the Lowest Lows...

It reminds me, when I give myself permission to go to the Depths of my Pains, Challenges & Heartaches~that I am also able to Experience the Depths of My Love, Joys, Playfulness & Light Heartedness....

With Laughter Yoga, we Laugh for the Joy of Living.

We add Laughter to All of Life-The Highest Highs & The Lowest Lows.

Laughter Yoga is also referred to as "Hasya Yoga," Laughter from the Soul.

In 2012, I am giving myself Permission to Experience the Fullness of my Soul, The Fullness of My Pains, the Fullness of my Joys & The Fullness of My Laughter...

What are your 2012 Laughter Goals ?

Some Ideas:

Participate in a Laughter Yoga Class.

Create a Laughter Journal and Journal how many times you Laugh Everyday

Plan time in Your Calendar to Laugh- 1 Minute, 5 Minutes, 10 Minutes, 20 Minutes, etc.

Do More of the Things that You Know make you Laugh Everyday- Watch a Funny Movie, etc.

Plan time to be with people who make you laugh.
