Dr. Madan Kataria – Ein Profil

I love to laugh! laughter helped me cope with chronic headaches and muscle spasms... I did a research paper on laughter and health, and did a laughter yoga demonstration upon presenting it to the class. I would love to get formal training for this practice, but I live in Toronto. Would you consider doing a training seminar in the states, or Canada? Please let me know if you do! thanks!

I am from Malta (Europe) and have just found this site on laughter therapy. I am interested in learning more and maybe getting some training. Are there plans to have some training in Europe?
What can I do to learn more and try to practice it?

Last year I went to the Laughter Yoga Leader Training at Yogaville in Virginia, I enjoyed it a lot. I laugh every day. I formed a laughing club at my house. We meet once a month. I also formed another club at the adult center closed by. Those that are participating are enjoying the benefits of laughing and doing some the movement of yoga. We meet two day a month. I´m planning to form another club soon in another adult center.
